“You ready for more?”

I nodded and slid one foot along his thigh. “If that more includes you inside me, I’m beyond ready.”

“Thank fuck, because I’m not sure I can wait another second.”

If my wrists weren’t fastened to the headboard, I would’ve pulled him toward me. Since I couldn’t do it physically, I voiced the offer instead. “Don’t wait, Garret. I need you in me just as much. As amazing as it was, coming with a vibrator inside me isn’t the same as having your hard cock—”

That was as far as I got before he levered himself over me, leaning forward so the head of his engorged cock was at my entrance. I bucked my hips up right as he plunged into me, and he felt so good that I almost came again right there and then.

“Fuck, I swear it always feels like your pussy was made for me. So tight.” He inched out slowly. “Wet.” Then he drove back in. “Hot.” My pussy started to flutter around his hard length, and it only made him move faster. “Perfect.”

I gasped.

“That’s right, beautiful. Come for me again,” he rasped, burying himself in me hard and planting himself there as I fell apart around him. My orgasm triggered his, and Garret came with a shout before rolling off me and collapsing onto the mattress.

“Holy fuck,” he panted.

“You can say that again,” I wheezed, completely out of breath and wrung out.

“Shit.” He jerked up quickly, his concerned gaze sweeping me from head to toe. “Are you okay?” He got the first cuff open before I could answer. “I shouldn’t have been so rough with you.”

“Garret.” I placed my free hand on his chest, right over where his heart was pounding wildly. “I’m fine. More than fine, really. I’m amazing.”

He got the other cuff off and lifted my hand up to place a gentle kiss on the inside of my wrist. “But the baby?”

I moved our hands low and pressed them against my stomach. “Our little sweet pea is fine, too. You didn’t do anything to hurt either of us.”

“Are you sure? I got so damn carried away after thinking you might try to leave me because you heard about me working for your father.”

“You’re not going to lose me,” I reassured him.

“I didn’t say I got carried away because I was worried I was going to lose you.” He flashed me a cocky grin. “I said I thought you’d try to leave. But before that happened, I’d do whatever it took for you to listen to my apology first, and we both know you love me enough to forgive me for just about anything. Just like I would with you.”

I settled against the pillows and rolled my eyes at him. “What? Were you going to use those fur-lined cuffs to keep me tied to our bed until I forgave you?”

“Fuck no.” He yanked the cuffs out of the headboard and tossed them over his shoulder onto the floor. “Those flimsy things aren’t strong enough for something like that. I’d take you to my office and lock us in together. The passcode that’s complicated as fuck and the biometric pad that’ll only respond to my fingerprints should give me enough time for you to let me apologize for whatever it was that I’d done to piss you off in the first place.”

I tilted my head to the side as I stared up at him. “It sounds like you’ve put a lot of thought into this. If I didn’t love you so much and enjoy your domineering ways, I would probably be worried.”

“Are you ever going to try to leave me?”

“Nope.”

He slid his arm under me and pulled me close. “Then you’ve got nothing to worry about.”

“I don’t know,” I teased. “You keeping me prisoner in your office sounds kind of hot. But I don’t think you’d get a lot of work done.”

“Hmm.” He brushed his nose against mine. “Maybe we should give it a try some weekend.”

“I could get behind that plan, especially on a weekend when the building is empty so nobody could hear us.”

He brushed a kiss against my forehead. “No need to worry about that. My office is sound-proofed. Nobody would hear your screams but me.”

“Passcodes, biometric scans, sound-proofed walls.” I peered up at him. “Admit it. You might be a custom-tuxedo-wearing billionaire, but you can be a scary dude when you need to be.”

He shrugged his wide shoulders. “It’s part of why I’m a billionaire and not just a millionaire. I’m damn good at what I do.”

“But no matter how good you are at that”—I cuddled into his chest—“you’re the best at loving me.”

“Because it’s what I’m meant to do. The business. The money. The power. None of it means anything without you by my side.” His hand drifted over my stomach to rest there protectively. “Building a family with me.”
