Kevin swallowed at how serious that sounded. “And if I don’t want to be spanked?”

“If you break the rules and refuse being disciplined, you will have to leave.”

“But you’re being so vague about the rules, Daddy.” Kevin groaned and climbed into Sandro’s lap, more than aware that when he straddled him in the robe, he was touching his thighs with his bare ass. “I can’t agree to what I don’t understand.”

Sandro kissed him, his dark eyes searching Kevin’s face. “If you’re serious, I will tell you, and even give you a tour of the house so that you know where you’d live and on what terms.”

Kevin’s heart skipped a beat. He hated being denied, and the thought that he’d leave tomorrow without ever seeing the house had been eating at him. But now he had hope.

“Whee! Yes!” He mercilessly rocked his ass against Sandro’s cock, which grew under him, separated by only a layer of thin cotton.

Sandro groaned and squeezed him tightly. “You’ll be the death of me. I do hope you agree so that I can fuck that greedy tight hole of yours bare.”

Chapter 6

Kevin was back in jeans and T-shirt, but his panties had been soaked in cum, so—YOLO—he opted for no underwear. Especially that he had no doubt he’d be taking his pants off again before the night was out.

“Come on, Daddy! I wanna see!” he whined, pulling on Sandro’s hand as they walked off the wooden pier and climbed the steep stairs leading toward the house that stood high above the water.

“Of course you do. This place might become your home for a while. Who knows?” Sandro mused with a small smile, and he patted Kevin’s ass, but did pick up his pace.

“You know.”

“I don’t. You could still decline.”

Kevin took a deep breath of air that smelled of the lake and trees. Of summer itself. Was this whole venture wild and out of the ordinary? Yes. But wasn’t a bit of risk necessary if one wanted to get somewhere in life?

A chill nipped at Kevin’s skin along with buzzing mosquitoes, which only added to Kevin’s urgency. Would the lake house be as rustic inside as its wooden walls suggested, or would it hide a revamped interior full of sleek metal surfaces and white marble? He couldn’t wait to find out.

Kevin gasped when the lights inside came on, illuminating the house from the inside like hundreds of fireflies in a jar. The interior behind tall windows enticed Kevin with a promise of warmth, but he still looked back at Sandro who wiggled a keychain with a little black remote attached.

“Wanna go first?” Sandro asked, and Kevin felt like a kid at Christmas, about to open the biggest present under the tree.

Kevin shook his clenched fists from the excitement. “That’s so cool!” He darted for the door, and as he expected, found it unlocked. “It’s a smart house? My friend’s parents have all these kind of gadgets for their home. A smart door, a smart post box, and this air purifier that tells them the quality of air at any given moment.”

Sandro followed Kevin through the large wooden door and closed it behind them. “I had it customized and modified to my preferences,” he said as Kevin took in what had to be the largest room in the house.

The living room ceiling was two stories high and promised hotel-class rest on leather sofas, armchairs, and even a beanbag. A large fireplace would surely provide warmth in the winter, as would the woolen blankets any self-respecting ski lodge would have loved to own. Gray stonework and crystals in the metal chandelier added class to the space, and Kevin was sure some of the windows opened onto the lake view. He could just imagine himself drinking hot chocolate on a day in the fall and watching the boats floating past the island, as if he were a king supervising his kingdom. Or he could be sitting there and sketching for endless hours, undisturbed by worries about money or his parents’ nagging.

He turned to Sandro with a massive grin. “This is amazing! Can I…?” He gestured to the corridor and rushed off as soon as Sandro nodded.

The kitchen had the same kind of marble countertops as the one on the yacht, and its large windows would let in a flood of light in daytime. Endless rows of cupboards full of plates, produce, spices and one devoted to only pasta, surrounded the massive room, and Kevin instantly wondered if it was possible Sandro really lived here on his own.

“Rule number one,” Sandro said, and Kevin found him leaning against the doorframe when he turned around. “I’d go as far as saying that it’s the most important one. You will have to cook.”

Kevin cocked his head, taken aback. “What?”

Sandro poured himself some water and added ice cubes, letting them jingle. “Exactly what I said. I will set up weekly lessons for you. Good Italian cooking is what I miss about home, and I don’t want to have a chef around here when I come back to my boy, so I would like you to learn how to cook for me. I don’t expect you to master everything within the first week, but I expect to see progress and enthusiasm.”
