“What’s so funny?” Hawk wraps his arm around my shoulders and pulls me close. The hot Florida heat and huge crowd are making it a little uncomfortable, but I’m not complaining.

“I’m just happy,” I tell him. “I can’t wait for the girls to take the stage.” This festival is three days of non-stop music. It’s a little intense, and I’m glad that Pussycat Rebellion is playing on the first day.

Hawk glances down at his watch. “They should be on soon.” My nervousness grows. As much as I’d like to help my three friends find a record contract, I don’t want Hawk to sign them just because of our relationship.

“You know it’s risky to mix business with pleasure,” I lean close and whisper next to his ear.

“Risky business is my middle name.” He wiggles his eyebrows. “Don’t worry, kitten. Our relationship is way more important than any business deal. Whether or not I sign them, you’re still mine. And I plan on keeping you forever.”

I melt against him and watch Pussycat Rebellion take the stage. The three sisters know how to work the crowd. Their music is fresh and energetic, and I see the moment Hawk realizes they really are something special.

“Wow.” He breathes against the side of my ear. “I found my soulmate and the next big hit all in one weekend.” I smile, realizing Misty, Lorna, and Chrissy are going to be so happy. They’re about to get their big break.

The girls only get a few minutes to meet Hawk after their set. “Hey, girl.” Chrissy walks up and hugs me. “What did you think of the show?”

“You guys kicked ass,” I tell her and smile at all three of them. “I’d like you to meet Hawk Knightley.” I point at Hawk and swallow my jealousy as the three girls stare at him in shock.

“Hawk.” I try to ignore their reactions to my handsome man. “This is Chrissy.” I point to the youngest sister. “And this is Lorna.” The middle sister is the only one with strawberry blonde hair. The other two are striking redheads. “And finally, Misty.”

“Hello, ladies.” He shakes each of their hands before stepping back to wrap his arm around my shoulders. “It’s nice to meet you. I really liked your sound, and I’d like you guys to come by the studio and talk about your future.” The three girls squeal, forgetting about his hotness as they celebrate their success.

“Congratulations.” My dad steps in and gives each of them a fatherly pat on the back. “It’s well deserved.”

The three girls stand and chat with us for a few minutes before they rush off for pictures and to sign autographs.

“Now that we’ve taken care of business, why don’t we head back to the hotel so I can take care of you,” Hawk whispers against my ear. His warm breath tickles my sensitive skin and I shiver.

“I’m still right here,” my dad growls, “and I have excellent hearing.”

“Good to know.” Hawk doesn’t miss a beat. “I’ll keep that in mind when we spend the night at your house.”

“Motherfucking asshole,” my dad growls under his breath.

After we get enough of the hot, crowded concert, we have lunch with my dad at the hotel.

“I have to head out if I’m going to make my plane,” my dad tells me as we walk through the lobby. “Take care of her.” He glares at Hawk.

“I will,” my hottie reassures my father.

“I expect you to bring Hawk by to meet your mother next week.” My dad hugs me before looking over my shoulder. “You’ll make plans to come if you know what’s good for you.”

“I’ll be there,” Hawk tells him. “Just let Tia know the day.”

After my dad leaves, Hawk pulls me close. “That went pretty well.”

“I know.” I smile up at him. “I expected a duel at dawn,” I tell him honestly. It warms my heart that my parents are trusting my judgment in this matter.

I spend the night wrapped in Hawk’s arms. I grumble when he refuses my advances, but I appreciate him trying to protect me.

Waking up, I feel his hardness pressed against my rear end. I listen to his even breathing for a few minutes before I decide to take matters into my own hands. I turn to face him and give him a gentle push. My large teddy bear grumbles in his sleep before rolling onto his back.

I pull the covers over my head and slip down the bed. It’s time to show Hawk what I can do. His huge cock turns to stone the second I wrap my hand around it. I begin to slowly stroke it and feel his breathing change. “You’re playing with fire.” He reaches down and places his hand over mine and gives me a little squeeze.

“I’m prepared for the burn.” I glance up and wink at him.
