"Is this you forfeiting?" she teases as she unbuttons and lowers the zipper.

"Call it whatever you want as long as I get to taste you." I push her against the door and move her feet as wide as they'll go. "I have a question to ask you first."

"What's that?"

"Come with me as my date to the festival tomorrow?" I ask, probing her entrance with my finger and coating it with her juices.

"What? I thought I was already going with you?"

"As Fallon, the journalist."

"What's the difference?" she asks.

I drop to my knees, lick up her slit and twirl my tongue over her clit. "I want everyone to know that while you're here, you're mine."

"That's ridiculous. I still have to work. The festival is the main reason I'm here,” she explains between panting and pulling my hair.

I continue eating her delicious cunt and bringing her closer to the edge, but not quite over it.

"Say you'll be my date, Fallon." I shove two fingers inside her tight core. "Say yes, and I'll let you come."

"That's blackmail," she hisses, arching her hips to meet my mouth.

I reach up and palm her breast before plucking a nipple. Then I lean back and continue my sweet torture with my fingers.

"Call it whatever you want, sweetheart. But if you want this orgasm, you'll say the words I want to hear."

I want to hold her hand and kiss her without people thinking she's being unprofessional. They won't think twice about it if they know we're together. Plus, I don't want any asshats hitting on her.

She grinds down on my palm, desperately trying to do it herself. I press tender kisses above her clit, and she groans out in frustration as she attempts to shove my head lower.

"You're so needy, my love." I tease her clit for a few seconds, building her pleasure before backing away. "I want everyone to know you're taken," I explain.

Regardless of our time limit, she's mine to keep as long as she's in my house.

"Levi, please...I was so close."

"I'll give you exactly what you need, baby. Just say—"

"Fine! Yes. Yes, whatever you want. Now touch me," she demands, rocking her hips and seeking my mouth.

Such a good girl.

I spread her folds and dive in, sucking and licking, building her up over and over until her breathing halts and she screams out my name. Her juices cover my mouth and chin, but I don't care. I take everything she gives me.

"So fucking perfect, Fallon."

Standing, I cup her face and slip my tongue between her lips so she can taste her sweetness. I quickly help her clean up and pull on her jeans.

"Do you think they're going to know what we were doing in here?" she asks.

I smirk without apology. "The whole bar heard you."

"Levi, you're joking." She looks horrified.

"I welcome it. At least they’ll know you’re mine." I shrug, unlocking the door.

"Oh my God." She palms her face. "They're going to think I'm an unethical journalist."

"Nah, but they might think you’re paying me top dollar for sex."

She playfully smacks my arm, but I catch her wrist and pull her body to mine. Brushing loose strands of her dark hair off her face, I hold her. "I guess you should've been more careful whose house you broke into and, more importantly, whose bed you picked. Because now I've claimed you, Fallon Joy."

CHAPTER TWENTY

FALLON

DAY 14

I wake up with Levi’s cock pressing into my back, and there’s no way that I can deny myself of him. We’re greedy, animalistic, and fuck like the world will end tomorrow. If it did, I’d die a happy woman.

We lie in each other’s arms, completely satiated, but we can’t hide in bed all day. After Levi gets up and jumps in the shower, Dasher flies onto the bed and attacks me with licks.

“Oh my God,” I say, trying to push him away, but he’s too heavy. His tail wags, slapping against me, and I can’t stop laughing as he nearly topples me. He plops down, and his cold nose brushes against my arm.

When he looks up at me with his brown eyes, I gently pet him. “Are you glad you get to annoy me for two more weeks?” I ask, with a laugh. I’m not naïve and know this time will fly by too.

My heart lurches forward when I think about it. Levi’s company during this time of year has been my saving grace, and I can’t imagine spending these two weeks holed up in my tiny apartment alone. That actually sounds awful. However, it’s what past Fallon wanted. So much has changed.

I swallow hard, thinking about everything between Levi and me. That’s when I realize I’m fiddling with my mom’s necklace. I look down at it, noticing the clasp is facing forward, and smile. Making a wish, I give it a kiss and move it to the back. It’s a silly thing my sister and I used to do when we were kids. She used to tell me that every time it was backward, Mom was sending an I love you and a hello from heaven. The thought of it always comforted me.
