We all made quick work of ordering, and I got a large Coke and a Cuban sandwich with fries. The fries here were the best. Because they were double-fried and had some magical garlicky herb mix sprinkled all over.

With that out of the way, I shrugged out of my coat and tuned in to the conversations flowing rapidly around me. Tate and Shay were noting how tired Macklin looked, which… Huh, I thought he looked great. Handsome as always. He had a cute grin and beautiful eyes in a warm brown shade, and somehow he managed to look both ruggedly sexy and adorkable.

“How about we don’t discuss me at all?” Macklin rolled up the sleeves of his button-down and slumped down across from me. “What I wanna know is why Ivy isn’t coming to the Christmas party.”

Seriously! I’d been so bummed out. “Neither are Ella and Penelope. They’re celebrating Christmas on the West Coast with family. And Ivy, August, and Ev are going somewhere too.”

Macklin turned pensive. “So it’s gonna be only men at your place?”

I nodded.

“Sausage fest!” Corey hollered.

Tate and I laughed.

“We might as well show up naked,” Noa said. “Oh my God, I’m picturing it…”

“Nobody would be safe,” Tate teased.

Noa didn’t argue.

“With Noa and Franklin running around, nobody’s safe ever.” Cam waggled his eyebrows.

“Hell, you should’ve seen them at Macklin’s last event.” Tate shook his head and exchanged a grin with Macklin. “And you…and Jack.”

Macklin’s grin turned into a lazy smirk. “I’d be more interested in seeing you and him together.”

Welp, I suddenly felt very out of place. “Am I the only one not partaking in orgies?”

Shay chuckled on the other side of Tate. “River, Reese, and I were there too, but trust me, I didn’t participate a whole lot. They strapped me to a bench, and everyone was given permission to beat the crap out of me.”

That sounded like participation to me.

Macklin winked at me. “There’s a standing invitation for you and your Tops, honey.”

Heat bled onto my cheeks, and I squirmed in my seat. All amused eyes were on me, and I got it. I understood their amusement and assumptions. Everyone thought I was 100% closed with my Daddies, but truth be told, I had curiosities.

As Noa, Corey, and Cam disappeared into a conversation about holiday plans, I shifted slightly in my seat to address Tate, Macklin, and Shay.

“So you remember the other week when Colt and Greer kissed…”

“Vividly,” Tate answered.

Shay nodded.

“I still can’t believe I missed that,” Macklin grumbled.

Yeah, his loss. Because Jesus Christ.

It’d been for a photo shoot. We were hanging new erotic art on the walls in the club area at the estate in Mclean, and Lucas and I—and Sloan and Corey—had volunteered Colt and Greer for a bondage shoot. So the two of them had been tied up together, and they’d touched and made out and…holy crap, I’d been so horny.

I cleared my throat and fidgeted with the corner of my napkin that was folded around my utensils. “How would one go about experiencing more of that?”

Thankfully, they didn’t laugh at me.

Tate cocked his head, his expression curious. “Are you thinking about playtime or opening your relationship?”

I shook my head quickly. “I can’t imagine having an open relationship—I depend entirely too much on Lucas and Colt’s security and structure. I love what we have. But…” I hesitated here, partly because the different ways a dynamic could take form were just so confusing. “Okay, so, bluntly, I think it was super-hot when Colt and Greer made out. And Colt told me that he and Lucas had sex with Greer—like, way back. And just months ago, I think I would’ve been jealous to hear about that, but now… Ugh.”

“You’re what, twenty-two?” Macklin asked, and I confirmed. “Sweetheart, you’re gonna change your mind a million times. I’m not saying you can’t be certain about your identity where core relationships are concerned, but it’d be weird if some of the details didn’t change—and Lucas and Colt are fully aware.”

I supposed that brought some comfort.

“We’ve never discussed it at home,” I admitted. “I mean, other than Lucas saying I must tell him if things change and if there’s something else I wish to explore.”

“This qualifies as that.” Tate nudged my shoulder with his, and I chuckled. He was right. I was going to bring it up with Lucas and Colt, of course. “What exactly would you be interested in trying out? Where do you think you would draw new lines in the sand?”

Oh my gosh, I had no idea. I scratched my head. “I’m mostly curious about kissing and touching. I don’t know.” I did know, however, that I didn’t want to have sex with another Dom, nor did I want my Daddies to go too far with another sub, and I managed to express that while blushing my butt off.
