“Fuck off.” I punch him in the arm and then go back to my menu as he laughs. He’s a dick, but he’s my brother’s close friend and one of the dozen Steele Riders. My brother is their hand-to-hand combat weapons expert, while Cyber does their tech. I want to ring both of their necks most of the time because they’re overprotective.

We’re all having a great time when a man walks up to the table with two other men, and my heart seems to jump out of my chest. My mouth parts as I stare like a silly little girl, but I can’t take my eyes off of him. The man has to be at least six foot two with shoulders almost as broad that make his men behind him look a bit small. The crisp dark black suit and shirt scream wealth and rigidity. Is he rigid everywhere? I can’t believe how turned on I am.

Along with the killer smile, his eyes are destroying my panties. The only thing remotely out of place is his hair, which is mussed up like he’s been running his fingers through it. He tilts his lip up slightly directed at me, and I think I’ve ruined the seat. My pussy throbs like this is foreplay. Hell, if it is, I’m easier to please than I ever expected. Maybe it’s just him.

He has a hold on me that throws me for a loop. Earlier, I felt like the cameras were focused on me. Maybe they were?

Desire owns me at this moment, shooting straight through every single nerve ending and landing dead center on my pussy. I can’t hide my blush, so I drop my head. Once he finally walks away from our table, I lift my head and join the crowd, pretending to hear what they’re saying, but all I can think about is Emiliano. Is he watching me from the cameras? I look up and give it a smile before we leave the restaurant.

What I don’t miss is Beast and Cyber talking. “Wow. That’s fucking amazingly cool,” Cyber says.

“I want to know who he knows,” William says. “As a DA, I don’t like free stuff.”

“We aren’t even in Texas, so it’s okay, but I’ll still check him out.” I don’t like them looking at him, but I plan to learn everything I can because I feel this insane pull to him.

“Thanks.”

“Rox, are you ready to hit the strip or see a show?” I’m trying to breathe, wishing I was alone instead of surrounded by these brutes. My brother and his friends have always been protective of me and I love it for the most part, but right now, all I can think about is the way Emiliano stared at me while talking to Beast. My brother missed the exchange between Emiliano and me, but Cyber didn’t and he’s been watching me while talking to Beast.

“Let’s go to a casino. I feel like gambling. I’ve got money to throw away right now.”

“Good. Let’s go.” We head out for a few hours, but the guys are going out to drink and I already had two at the casino, so I ask Blade to take me back to the hotel.

Once I’m in my room, I think about Emiliano again. I can’t get those deep blue eyes out of my head. Everything else about him is dark, but those eyes scream clear waters off the Caribbean.

I haven’t stopped thinking about him this entire time. Even when telling the dealer to hit me, I pictured me begging Emiliano with those same words to bend me over and spank my ass. I ache to go out and look for the man, which is stupid because the guys will go nuts if they think I left. Besides, it’s not like the guy hasn’t found other entertainment for the night. He probably has his own harem in some room in the hotel.

We leave in the morning, but I’m not a child anymore so I’m going out whether or not my brother approves of it. Hopefully I run into the man who has lived in my thoughts all day. I step out of my room in a tight black dress, hoping to hit the scene. No one knows us here so it’s not like I have to worry about being a target, and besides, I’m only going to the casino next door and hoping to get Emiliano’s attention.

As soon as I reach the bank of elevators, one opens. Inside it’s him, the owner of the hotel. I let out a gasp from the pleasurable shock. He stretches out his hand for me to take. “Where are you running off to this evening, mi sirena?”

Without hesitation, I slip my hand into his and step into the elevator. “I’m out to have some fun before they find out I’m missing.”
