I didn’t know if I was half-assing being in charge or if it was the right thing to do, but I pretended not to notice as I slicked up the plug. By the time I was ready to stretch Bishop, Ian had taken a breath and held out his hand like a surgeon ready for his instrument.

It was very confusing.

“I can finish getting our pup ready if you want to go pick out the first toy you want to play with.” Trying to sound confident as I gave him the option, I wasn’t surprised when Ian shook his head. He was cute but stubborn, and that didn’t change when he was little.

“Nope. Got to take care of my pup.” It was said in an almost I’m a big boy kind of way, so I shifted to sit beside Bishop and handed Ian the tail.

“Should we put his outfit on first? It would be almost like a costume.” I was thinking the tight-fitting shirt and bike shorts would be easier for Ian in this headspace, but he just scrunched up his face and looked at me like I was nuts.

So, no clothes?

Ignoring his expression, I shifted back to his last statement where he’d thought I was still smart. “You’re doing a very good job of taking care of him.”

Our pup thought so too because he turned and pushed his muzzle into Ian’s chest, barking and nearly tipping them both over.

It was clear Bishop didn’t mind Ian’s hesitation, so I had to assume he’d been expecting at least some kind of curious reaction from littlish Ian.

“He’s happy.” Ian gave Bishop a hug, wrapping his arms around our pup’s neck and barely managing not to brain Bishop with his tail as he laughed.

It gave me a chance to slip my finger into Bishop’s tight hole, spreading the lube around and getting him stretched enough for the tail to go in easily. It sent a shiver through Bishop, but he was too focused on teasing Ian to react too strongly.

“Alright, tail time and then you can play.” As I cleaned my fingers off on a tissue from the box by the couch, Ian gently eased the tail in, petting Bishop’s head and telling him what a good pup he was.

“Such a good boy. Yes, you are.” Laughter burst out of him as Bishop wagged his tail for the first time and another shiver fired through him. “Yes, such a happy pup.”

It was the cutest thing ever and it radiated an innocent sweetness as long as I ignored how naked Bishop was…and what the definition of happy seemed to entail.

“Look, Uncle Cohen. I did it.” Ian beamed, proud of himself for having gotten Bishop ready, and I had to wonder if he wanted to explore more of Bishop’s pup side.

It was something we’d have to talk about when he was grown-up and could hide behind a phone or a pillow.

For now, I smiled and nodded. “You did a wonderful job.”

Before I could ask what they were going to play, Ian scrambled to his knees and dived for the duffel bag as Bishop barked and ran around. “Toy time, pup.”

Taking toy time very seriously, Ian picked out a ball and rolled it across the room, laughing as Bishop chased after it. When just throwing wasn’t quite enough fun anymore, he’d toss the ball and then run after it too so he could pretend to race Bishop for it.

Then I had to throw the ball so they could both run on all fours to chase after it. Ian’s laughter slowed him down, but Bishop was under a severe tail handicap, and ignoring his erection made him slower in nearly every race.

By the time they both flopped down on either side of me, Bishop was achingly hard and completely worn out, and Ian was worn out without being noticeably hard in the pants we’d put on him earlier.

Normally Bishop would’ve climbed in my lap and I’d have jerked him off once he got back to his regular headspace, but today he just curled up beside me and closed his eyes, seemingly content to ignore his arousal.

I made a note to make it up to him as soon as he made it up to me for the eggs.

It seemed to be the fairest way to handle the situation.

Ian yawned as he wiggled closer, resting his head on my thigh as he reached over and petted his pup’s head. “Good pup.”

Bishop let out a soft woof that made Ian smile, but then his face scrunched up. “Don’t wanna work.”

Ah, grown-up Ian was peeking out there somewhere.

“You don’t have to yet.” I leaned over and kissed their heads as they both made curious sounds. “I told Preston about your surprise and he said not to worry about coming in until you felt like it.”
