He sat up, grabbed her by the shoulders, and flipped her over so that she landed beneath him. His dark hair hung like an untidy curtain on either side of his head. She lifted her palms and scratched at his beard, the intensity of his stare making her shy.

* * *

“Well, you’ve woken me up now.” His knee dug between her legs, pulling them apart. He wriggled between them, all the while suckling her neck.

* * *

She moaned, arching up into him and wrapping her legs around his waist. Her fingers dug into the skin of his back as she urged him closer. His hand snaked between them, questing until he found that sensitive nub that had her jumping and jerking in reaction. He shimmied downwards, kissing down her navel and lifting her legs up to his shoulders.

* * *

She shut her eyes tight, still tending to get mortified when he buried his face in her most private area, licking greedily at her like a child at the breast. She couldn’t help squirming and pushing her hips upward into his mouth.

* * *

She was glad that she had the freedom to moan aloud because it was impossible to keep the sound in when he was flicking his tongue back and forth and causing her nub to swell with feeling, driving her slowly mad.

* * *

She crossed her feet across his shoulders, murmuring pleas and moans, wanting more, wanting him inside of her, feeling that she would combust if he did not enter her right this minute.

* * *

“Arthur…please,” she moaned, and he kissed along her jaw, whispering reassurances in her ear, his hips thrusting gently at her thigh.

* * *

She spread her legs wider in naked invitation and he took the hint, surging into her in one fell swoop. They both groaned, long and deep, panting audibly. Her body welcomed him with eager gladness, cleaving onto his member and urging him to go deeper, harder, faster.

* * *

Her fingers clutched at his neck, where the cords stood out, his face a rictus of effort. He lay atop her, changing the angle of his thrusts, his arms snaking around the small of her back, hugging her tight as their bodies danced in harmony.

* * *

Slowly he withdrew from her, turning her onto her side and entering her from behind. She cried out, her eyes wide, mouth open as he redoubled his efforts, the angle seeming to make him hit all her sensitive spots at once. He reached around, seeking her sensitive nub and rubbing at it as he thrust into her. She clung to his hip, unable to do anything but hang on and try not to scream too loudly.

* * *

She could feel her limbs grow boneless, infected with a curious lethargy as a blanket of desire covered her, shutting down her ability to think, so lost in feeling was she. Her toes curled as her back arched and she began to shake as ecstasy took her over. She groaned as the passion encompassed her, taking away her ability to think, see or hear. Everything was lost in the service of feeling.

* * *

She clutched onto Arthur, shouting his name. “Come with me,” she moaned and he groaned in her ear, his body jerking before releasing its seed into her as he panted. His orgasm seemed to act as a trigger to her own, her body contracting around his, holding tight onto him and milking him of every drop.

* * *

They collapsed together onto the bed, replete and exhausted and absolutely ecstatic.

* * *

“What a way to wake,” Arthur panted.

* * *

Janice just huffed, too heavy with bonelessness to do more than that. They lay quietly, just coming down from the high and reveling in each other’s company. The sounds of the household awakening began to filter through to them from outside the window. Groomsmen calling to each other, milkmaids singing as they delivered the pails of milk to the kitchens.

* * *

Janice sighed. “Should we get up now?”

* * *

He tightened his hold around her waist. “Why?”

* * *

“Well, I don’t know. What do you have to do today?”

* * *

“I have a meeting with father’s former accountant. Apparently, he’s just back from the continent from whence he moved when he married a Spanish woman. He only just heard of father’s death and wished to speak to me.”

* * *

Janice frowned. “Do you know what about? It’s not more debts, is it?”

* * *

“Lord, I hope not.”

* * *

“Where will you meet him?”

* * *

“I thought to meet him in the tavern. I do not know if mother knows him and what seeing him might do to her.”

* * *

She nodded, “Yes, that’s a good thought. Do you wish me to come with you?”

* * *

“No. Stay here with mother. Try to talk to her again. I think she likes you.”
